There is no special equipment required for the Shredsanity program. Most exercises only use your own bodyweight but it’s also recommended to purchase 2 sets of dumbbells to use with some of the more advanced workouts. So you can train in the gym or at home.
When you are purchasing the Shredsanity Program you will sign up with a username and password. This is your login for accessing all the content on whatever device you like, whenever and wherever you are. Then just follow the program - Week 1, Workout 1 - let's train! Meanwhile, the platform will track your progress so you always know where you left off. Each week you will find 4 workouts and every one consists of high quality and straight to the point video lessons, so you can see and hear what you have to do. There will be high-intensity routines and new skill training sessions every day, so you stay motivated throughout the whole program. So there's nothing you can do wrong after signing up. Just enjoy the guidance through the workouts and train!
Shredsanity draws on James Alexander-Ellis’s 12 years experience as a fitness model, personal trainer and strength coach. You get a proven 14-week workout plan that introduces a NEW skill training every day, along with the most effective workout routines. You only have to spend 30-50 minutes, 5 times a week to get impressive results. The 14 weeks are broken down into 4 separate stages, each with a different goal. We kick off with Endurance and Work Capacity, then we focus on Strength and Power, followed by 4 weeks of High Volume and finishing up with the insane Density stage. In these 14 weeks you will shed fat and stack serious muscle. You will also have a personal progress dashboard that shows you exactly where you are and which achievements you’ve made. AND you will be part of a global community that supports you and pushes you harder than you ever could doing it all by yourself!
Shredsanity is tailored to every skill level. The program gives you specific weights, workouts and exercises depending on your experience so it challenges every body type! No matter who you are, Shredsanity is designed to get you the results you want. Workouts demonstrate the basic performance of a move, better suited to beginners and progressions for people who are more advanced.
